Also report to the Management the percentage of closed action versus total required actions by each team and service company

• Follow up on Contractors quarterly review meetings and report to Sonatrach Management the final findings of the meetings in terms of Lowlights and Highlights

• Tracks and analyzes the operations progress and takes the appropriate actions whenever areas for improvement are identified..

• Submits all required reports to Sonatrach Managers on a timely basis.

• Required to work on a 24 hours call basis. On rotation 4 weeks on followed by 4 weeks off.

NRA is a governmental institution responsible for oil and gas exploration Beside mining and geological researches in Jordan. I started work with NRA immediately after graduation, and after about 6 Months, I was nominated as a drilling supervisor (Company Man) on NAFTA-gas Drilling rig (Ideco. 1700). We drilled deep exploratory wells down to 4500m. After 2-years NRA decided to Form a mud section (before, Milchem was running mud). I was nominated to Form that section with a central mud laboratory, engineering and technical Staff to serve 4-rigs beside a work over rig, where we were responsible for Preparing brine. Two years later, I was nominated as acting head of deep drilling division, where i was responsible for well design, casing programs, mud programs and Final well reports beside my responsibilities of materials, equipment and Purchasing comities. My job included field operations, where special operations had to be done (coring, running casing, fishing, kick control ...etc.).
